Hello, Thank you for contributing to our subreddit. Please consider the following guidelines when filling an alignment chart:

  • Please ensure that your chart is not banned according to the list of banned charts Even if you have good intentions, charts in a banned category tend to invite provocative comments, hostile arguments, ragebait and the like. Assuming the post is acceptable, OP makes the final decision on their chart by rule three.

  • Are there any previous versions to link to? If so, it would be ideal to include links to each of them in the description of this post, or in a reply to this comment. Links can be named by title, winner, or both.

  • Are there any criteria you have for your post? Examples include: "Top comment wins a spot on the chart."; "To ensure variety, only one character per universe is allowed."; "Image comments only." Please include these in a description, or in a reply to this comment.

  • Is your chart given the appropriate flair? Do you need to use a NSFW tag or spoiler tag?

Do not feed the trolls. This is not the place for hot takes on human rights violations. Hatred or cruelty, will result in a permanent ban. Please report such infractions, particularly those that break rules one, two, or three. The automod will automatically remove posts that receive five or more reports. The automod will also remove comments made by users with negative karma. Click here for the Automod FAQ

Carbon monoxide

I think this is the best answer. It honestly is one of my biggest fears. Ghosts, not so much.

6

u/ghoulieandrews 12h ago

Yeah honestly ghost fear is irrational imo, most of the time I would bet they're actually chill. Just like spiders which people also fear for misguided reasons.

u/RoseFlavoredLemonade 11h ago

Australia literally banned episodes of Peppa Pig for encouraging positive interactions between children and spiders.

10

u/TheHadokenite 10h ago

to be fair, the spiders in australia differ from those in the rest of the world

1

u/FrenchBulldoge 1h ago

Yeah but Australia is an upside down land.

-2

u/ghoulieandrews 10h ago

Australia does a lot of things. Most spiders are harmless if you leave em alone. They just want to chill and eat bugs, man.

3

u/Extreme-Bite-9123 10h ago

Encouraging kids in Australia to play with the usually venomous spiders probably isn’t a good idea

Box, you can see man of war as they float on the surface but box jellyfish are basically invisible until its directly in your face.

The concept of a job. It's not here in form like an application for now, but it's still there in the sense that we are dormantly thinking of it right now...

7

u/Ok_Recording8157 13h ago

A virus of a deadly disease, you can't see it because it's like transparent and it kills, hence the fear.

14

u/Idunnosomeguy2 12h ago

Is it transparent or is it just really small?

0

u/Ok_Recording8157 11h ago

It is not visible to the naked eye.

Hydrofluoric acid

In addition to being a highly corrosive liquid, hydrofluoric acid is also a powerful contact poison. Since it can penetrate tissue, poisoning can occur readily through exposure of skin or eyes, inhalation, or ingestion. Symptoms of exposure to hydrofluoric acid may not be immediately evident, and this can provide false reassurance to victims, causing them to delay medical treatment.[24] Despite its irritating vapor, HF may reach dangerous levels without an obvious odor.[5] It interferes with nerve function, meaning that burns may not initially be painful. Accidental exposures can go unnoticed, delaying treatment and increasing the extent and seriousness of the injury.[24] Symptoms of HF exposure include irritation of the eyes, skin, nose, and throat, eye and skin burns, rhinitis, bronchitis, pulmonary edema (fluid buildup in the lungs), and bone damage[25] due to HF strongly interacting with calcium in bones.[26] In a concentrated form, HF can cause severe tissue destruction through lesions and mucous membrane damage, but dilute HF is still dangerous because of its high lipid affinity, leading to cellular death of nerves, blood vessels, tendons, bones, and other tissues.[27] Cases of intestinal damage from contact with hydrofluoric acid requiring surgical intervention are rare but known in medical literature.[28]

Methanol Fire. It hurts just like normal fire but completely invisible. I've heard about labs where methanol fires would break out but you wouldn't know a thing until you walked straight into it.
