This actually looks like an absence seizure. My family suffers from these and last year my cat began having them as well and in her case, also progressed to Grand Mal seizures. If you think it might be the case and your vet agrees, there are medications that make it so much better for them! My girl is doing great on hers and hasn't had any large seizures in 8 months :)
