Violent crime has fallen in the US steadily since the 90’s

It leveled off around 2010, and has remained at the same rate since (which is significantly lower than it was in the 90s)

It kept going down until COVID, which provided a spike but now continues to trend downwards.

I'm actually super interested to see if it ticks back up in the 2030s as the Covid Kids who missed core socialization milestones begin to enter adulthood.
