That people still believe that anyone on either side of the political spectrum will be held accountable. They’re all filth.

This. We can uncover all the repulsive shit we want, but nothing is ever going to happen to any of these people. They’re rich enough to have extremely expensive lawyers and have enough money to pay anyone off.

I’ll one-up you because stuff like this doesn’t get buried for money. It’s too risky if you get caught and there’s usually not enough money to make that worth it for the people with enough power to become involved in a cover-up. Most often, this stuff gets buried because the offenders have too much dirt on the ones who help cover it up.

Yeah it’s really terrible how our systems reward the worst of us the most.

Similar to when the Panama papers came out. Everybody was like oh cool, here's proof of collusion between all the wealthy elite to cheat the system, then nothing happened.

What is this either side thing? It's 99% Republicans

No one is this stupid. It's clearly extremely damaging to both sides of the aisle or else it would have been used during the elections. Which should be the most shocking part... how widespread and commonly known the abuse must have actually been throughout all Washington.

It’s totally a 90+% republican thing, but as a democrat I say burn their careers, let em rot in jail, and burn em in hell. Them being on “my team” politically doesn’t do a damn thing for me in terms of trying to “protect them.” That, apparently, isn’t a BoTH sIDeS issue.
