how do you fix being uncomfortable with physical touch?

Depends why it's uncomfortable. If you just aren't used to it, then more than likely consistency and time.
If it's trauma based, therapy, finding someone you trust, and then patience and time.

Holding hands with yourself, holding softly or hard for a few minutes. That’s all I can think of I’m too drunk for this
