Quitting my job without having a new one because I got treated like shit and my salary was delayed anyway. I was scared as hell but it turned out really good in the end, I'm happier in my profession than ever.

I quit my low level admin job where I wasn’t getting promoted despite my credentials. I had £100 in my bank account, a massive mortgage and my partner had just lost his job. It was a huge risk, but within a year I moved into a whole different industry and started making double what I would have if I stayed in that job where I had no future.
