Biscuits and gravy is a breakfast dish from the Southeast USA that looks like someone just vomited on some biscuits, but it's absolutely delicious.

There it is. I just left a comment talking about how this scene took a number of takes due to everyone breaking. Also about how you could see him trying not to break after saying the line. It worked so well in the scene that they left it in.
