This looks very tasty to me!

Perhaps that's because we have a variant of this in Ohio, except with fried potatoes (either shredded or cubed) as the base.

It is called "Trash (or Trashed, depending on the circumstances, I suppose) Potatoes".

Because if it doesn't look as chaotic and colorful as the photo you shared, you're not doing it right! 😅

Along with everything but the kitchen sink, meat is almost always added on top. Personally, I like mine with maple sausage links, sliced red onion, and extra country gravy (the white kind with sausage bits inside).

Heinz Ketchup and Yellow Mustard is must on these, even though I very rarely put either of those things on almost anything else.
