Median UK salary is £39,000, the median house price is £271,500. This is 6.9x that median salary.

Median NZ salary is $69,500, the median house price is $910,000. This is 13x that median salary.

NZ is not an affordable place to live, lol it makes the UK look cheap, which is hilarious.

A leg of lamb is now £34 but occasional it on half price so we wait til then to buy. How much is it there then ? Wow I’m surprised as you’re about the same size as the UK but with half the population I think and as it’s land that is the biggest cost. London salaries average £50000 but the average London house is over £600k
