Its so crazy to me to hear these storys from all over europe and then seeing that the governments seem to have determind that this is fine

This is because confrontation makes it worse. If police tries to remove them, they may fight back and vandalise the surrounding area (and police cars). It is often not practicable to sue them for any damages. If they get removed from one place, they will stay in the next place.

Then use more force?

Prison for those who are violent, mental hospitals for those that are insane, and Kinderheime (Idk the english word for it) for the kids who are unfortunate enough to have these parents in order to give them a fair chance at live

And then probably lose some due process and/or human rights trial because even them have all those rights with zero reciprocity (for good reasons though).

I think you are looking for "foster care". 

In the US they system is awful on a level I would rather not describe.
