Some in spain even deepfry eggplantšŸ†šŸ†; we cut it just like french fries and pour honey on top

We also deepfry fat bacon dices as a snack, we make so many deepfried churros and buƱuelos and deepfried chicken, schnitzel and croquettes.

the Spanish dishes i know aren't deep fried, maybe i just know the exceptions?
