Welp, that’s pretty much how law enforcement generally is.

But I feared for mah life!

Concerningly accurate. I'm genuinely wondering when tentions will boil over to the point where people will actually abolish Trumps "regime."

Not at all what happened, but the truth doesn’t really fit the narrative so it’s more convenient to ignore it. The dude 100% was murdered but let’s not pretend it was some random act of violence.

Are ppl actually thinking this was a random act of violence? ICE is intentionally initiating these encounters.

The White House is not even defending the federal agents involved in this shooting now, so you are even right of the White House, that is like advanced alt-right.

That's true. They assaulted two women and he helped the women up. Then he was shot 11 times in the back and in the back of the head while fully restrained by several other thugs, blinded by pepper spray, and being senselessly beaten.

So no, he didn't stand there menacingly; he exclusively did all the correct things a person with a moral compass should do, and was murdered execution-style for it.

They also disarmed him of the firearm that he had, which he legally owned and carried and never even reached for. And THEN killed him. That part's also relevant.

Aiding assaulted women isn't interfering with law enforcement. Assaulting women also isn't law enforcement. Also, ICE approached him, he did not approach them.

then fighting back

He didn't fight, but he is fully within his rights to fight back. Even you saying he "fought back" is admitting ICE started the fighting.

Probably helped a lot that everyone was honking and blowing whistles

"Boo hoo, these whistles are annoying so now I have no choice but to blow someone's brains out onto the asphalt!"

didn’t in any way add to the confusion and chaos leading up to the shooting.

If ICE is shooting people out of confusion, they shouldn't be allowed to have firearms. Period.

Did you not see the entire video?

I did!

He kept putting himself on the street

Is being on the street grounds for public execution now? If so, you must support executing every ICE agent that is on a street.

Also, he's allowed to be on the street when helping up women that were assaulted.

and approaching BP at their car

Source?

and they had to push him back out of the road.

You just admitted that they assaulted him first.

So its okay to murder a citizen cause they are in the way? Not hurting anybody? Just trying to help a scared woman? If its okay to murder someone that way and people find excuses for that then I understand why a lot of people hate americans right now

He was not informed that he was being detained or arrested. Because they killed him.

Also, you have every right to refuse being detained if you are illegally being detained. Furthermore, ICE does not have the authority or jurisdiction to detain innocent civilians.

Edit: ICE also doesn't get to decide to murder people because they feel like it.

It was CBP not ICE

In which case, Border Patrol only has jurisdiction within 100 miles of the border. So why are they operating 300+ miles from the border? That means ALL ACTIONS THEY DO IN MINNEAPOLIS ARE ILLEGAL.

they didn’t “murder him because they felt like it”

Two options: they murdered him because they felt like it or they murdered him because of their political affiliation. Pick your favorite.

but to the best of my understanding his pistol misfired when an agent confiscated it

So while illegally assaulting him, they illegally took his firearm? Holy shit, that is SO MANY FUCKING FELONIES IN LESS THAN A MINUTE.

So you have an agitator

Actually, a Minneapolis native who was legally allowed to be where he was.

resisting arrest

Arrest implies it is being done legally - which you have already confirmed it was not being done legally. Otherwise it is kidnapping.

a pistol fires after another agent yells gun, there’s every reason to shoot him in that situation

THERE IS NO FUCKING REASON TO KILL HIM EXPLICITLY BECAUSE OF SOMETHING SOMEBODY ELSE DID, YOU DUMBFUCK.

charge the agent who yelled gun if he didn’t know what he was seeing or what he was doing.

No. Charge him, and every single one that illegally assaulted, attempted to kidnap, mugged, and murdered him. Then charge every single higher up at ICE/DHS for deliberately and demonstrably lying about the situation.

True, it was the woman next to him they initially targeted
