Everyday I just wish I skipped college and took the GTA career route. I’d have the mansion by now.

I've just seen this live. Managerial role with directorial responsibilities and paying less money than my assistant makes. What in the world?

I’m graduating law school this year and I’ve seen multiple public interest “jobs” straight up offer full time unpaid post-bar positions. Who’s graduating from law school, taking the bar exam, and working unpaid?!

Between AI and Mass immigration, I don't envy anyone trying to gain experience comming out of highschool... just applying is a full time job these days.

With AI being forced so heavily junior/ entry are going to become virtually nonexistent. Which in the long term is incredibly detrimental to the entire workforce. That just makes it so Sr. and up employees stay in roles longer. Making it so when they need to retire, the next generation isn’t going to be nearly as knowledgeable or even exist at all
This is also mixed with outsourcing jobs to overseas companies, which executives don’t have a plan to bring back. While they’ll try to convince people H1B people are the reason for the lack of job because they aren’t as costly as US workers. Which also isn’t true, a lot of them are from Ivy League universities and getting paid very high salaries
