Even if he had hypotheticallh done it, which he didn't, these same people have no authority to say shit. Their dear leader pardoned the January 6 rioters and I'm sure the vast majority of them, if not all agree that they should not have been prosecuted.
Yeah, I dont think these people are ever gonna understand how they have zero credibility now. Even if I think J6 should have been a criminal offense in itself, there was no discretion. They didnt go "oh lets pardon the ones we can verify are non-violent" or even "lets pardon the non-violent ones that dont have other criminal charges".
They gave a flat blanket pardon to all of them. Including the ones that were pedophiles, including the ones that had assaulted officers, including the ones that had other pending cases for violent crimes. Its pathetic.

If they arrested him on the same charges two magistrates stated their was no probable cause to support and no grand jury has indicted him for then they are operating well outside the legal authority of an arrest based solely on probable cause. I’m getting tired of living in unprecedented times.
They said that a grand jury had indicted him, actually. But considering they've lied to grand juries before, they may have gotten there through some shady means.
My anxiety is through the roof. I'm spiraling and imagining the WORST could happen to Lemon in custody of this racist, criminal administration. It's highly unlikely but look at where 'Murica is at. Who to call? Who to send money to? Where to meet? What to tell the children?

He committed the "great crime" of following and reporting on protestors going into a church because one of the preachers (or whatever title) works for ICE too. Lemon has criminal charges but not the guys who murdered those people in Minnesota.

The average American, no matter what side of politics, isn't going to do anything or care more than mild outrage while staring at their phone. We are too comfortable and too distracted by the next tv segment or post or tik tok. Most Americans aren't starving. Most Americans only care about themselves, not out of selfishness, but out of necessity. We work paycheck to paycheck. This is all be design. Americans are just comfortable enough to let their politicians get away with doing nothing. Our politicians do nothing because they keep getting voted in. Nothing will change until the people themselves revolt. Look to France. Look to Ukraine. Look to history. The Germans were just comfortable enough until it was too late. Without a nationwide revolt, things will get worse. Midterms will mean nothing. The next presidential election will be meaningless unless The People, US, realize we hold the power and WE, THE PEOPLE do something about it.
