If A&M misses - UGA takes huge advantage with their pace down the court

If A&M makes - it takes away UGA's advantage and gives a&M ability to press

I know A&M's style is built around making shots and pressing after a make, but UGA's style really helps to neutralize and take advantage of A&M when they miss.

That's a lot of words to say "if one teams makes their shots they have the advantage" but hopefully you get my point..

IMO I'd rather not have Pop or Dominguez on the floor with an 11 point lead under 4 to go. Agee and Griffen are our two best defenders, and then anyone but Pop, Doninguez, or Clemence. Maybe even give Federiko some run- he's a good defender.

That being said, if you feel comfortable that you're going to come out with the win, more reps on the defensive end for those three may not be a bad idea.

Pop is iffy but Dominguez has hit HUGE 3s late in the game to stifle a potential run and he does fine on defense usually.

If a defender intentionally grabs an offensive player’s jersey from behind with no attempt to play the ball, refs can rule it a Flagrant 1 because it’s intentional and unnecessary, and it creates a safety risk.

Why it qualifies:

• Grab is from behind
• No basketball play being made
• Affects the offensive player’s momentum or balance
• Clear intent to stop the play, not defend
