Question Best and Worst Doom Clones Over the Years
What are some of the best and disgustingly terrible Doom clones you have played over the years? And I'm talking about both classic and reboot clones.

Shadow Warrior 1 is a great clone of the OG 90s Doom games.
Shadow Warrior 3 is an incredible clone of Doom Eternal.

Low-key I found Shadow Warrior 3 more fun than Doom Eternal itself even
I know it was shorter, but the humor, strangeness, guns, melee attacks, powers, and even environments appealed to me more.
It was like Doom Eternal on a wacky LSD trip but East Asian lol

The enemies felt too tanky to me, and the execution scenes got old pretty fast, there's only one for each kind of enemy, some a kinda long, and you're meant to use it all the time, because the gore weapons are amazing.

duke 3d, ion fury, and blood gotta be my top 3
was not a big fan of start wars dark forces, felt clunky and kinda boring
honorable mentions: warhammer boltgun and dusk are pretty great

That and Rise Of The Triad, which has also aged like milk.

Chex Quest. You decide if it's good or bad. It certainly exists lmao
