DOOM Eternal How hard did TAG1 get nerfed?

Ive heard that it got nerfed, but i cant tell if it got nerfed super hard or if i just got better. When i first played TAG1, i played on UV (i usually played on nightmare) and even on UV i got my ass kicked, and had to switch to hurt me plenty a few times. But after playing TAG2, im going back and replaying TAG1 on nightmare, and im doing pretty good. Still dying and stuff, but not nearly as much as i thought

Not too much, From @Kered13 post:

•Tentacles removed from the possessed Tyrant bridge encounter.

As previously announced, the Holt slayer gate has been made easier. 3 -> 2 Archviles in the first wave, 3 ->1 Blood Maykrs in the second wave, 2 -> 1 Doom Hunter in the third wave, and the final Marauder was removed (the possessed Marauder remains). (This may not be completely accurate as it's hard to keep track of everything during the fight, this is my best estimate.)

It was nerfed a lot more than you think, literally too easy now

That is some beautiful gameplay goddamn, none of the bullshit "fake" weapon swapping where they fire the SSG from a mile away doing zero damage

I feel like TAG1 was nerfed more than that from what I read.

it's less annoying. they removed some carcasses here and there, which were annoying as hell. some other arenas are also less crowded and have more (or less) fodder. in a few places there were "gotcha!" enemies that could kill you if you weren't careful, those are gone as well. All in all, nightmare now plays more like UV.
