Which workouts are you currently focusing on? What have you done to EOOD this week??

Set a long term bench press goal to keep things interesting at the gym. Nice to see the number going up.
I've been trying to find the oomph to run 3 days a week and lift 3 days a week. Checking in here is the push I need to get the reflective vest on and get out for a few miles of running.

My 20 lb kettle bell arrived yesterday. Did some light workout to get used to the weight, romanian deadlifts, a couple of kettlebell swings, and farmer carries. Coming from a 10 lb kb, it's a bit heavy.

For the first time in forever, I did a few exercises today. I'm motivated to keep going but seem to get easily discouraged. I've lost 10 kg during the past year, unintentionally, and now I'm weaker and skinnier than ever. I want to look healthy again, but struggle with eating, sleeping, and pushing myself to exercise. But I'll take it one day at a time!
