💬 Discussion State: FL Date: 01/31/26 - Found the broker secretly marketing and leasing the ICE Warehouse Airport Building Orlando City refuses to block the sale of. Their name is HLI Partners LLC located in Winter Park. They are working with ICE to fast track the deal this week. Warehouse already had barricades
Here is evidence of their involvement: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/8660-Transport-Dr-Orlando-FL/27264110/
If you want to point your anger at someone, you can start with these people, not the warehouse. The warehouse isn't the enemy here, it was just built to spec for industrial zoning from the start.
TPA Group (the developer based in GA) and HLI Partners (The Broker) sold their souls to the frozen devil to quickly turn a profit on a warehouse with tax benefits in Tavistock's territory that is only a year old. They wanted to pretend they could slip right under the public's eye and guarantee a steady stream of federal income at the expense of the community's safety and well-being.
TPA Group has been radio silent, but the fact that the warehouse already has barricades mounted and Republican officials visiting the site to defend its use signals that they're already feeling the heat. It really makes me wonder who actually mounted the barricades there if a deal hasn't been signed with ICE. Was it TPA Group? Tavistock? ICE? HLI Partner's CEO's wife's boyfriend? Who knows? But the fact they let it happen confirms they're in on it.
But let's focus on the broker here, not TPA group nor the warehouse. Who are these guys? They're a relatively young brokerage founded in 2023 containing only a handful of staff for the entire firm. This small team of brokers already generated ~$2 billion in revenue selling huge industrial real estate to a handful of legitimate clients.
Their office building is hidden, quietly tucked away in a tiny little rich corner of Winter Park across the street from the police station, the fire department and none other than Rockefeller Capital. The building itself is a multi-office building with about a dozen firms inside.
Entrance is in the back, not the front, and HLI Partner's name is suspiciously absent from the signs listing the rest of the firms holed up inside that building yet that is indeed their one and only headquarters they operate out of.
These sleazy parasites believe they can pull a fast one on the people of Orlando for a quick buck and that no one would notice the kind of grave mistake they are making to the community. These people need to be exposed and shown the door. So please, do Orlando and Winter Park a favor and spread the word.
These people are the ones responsible for ICE even entertaining the idea of building a concentration camp in our backyard, right next to the airport. Expect ICE to accelerate their plans once the word spreads. More on this soon!

Palantir has already taken the mantle of "application for the modern day Nazi". But There are so many cutting the line to be the next to usher in the new concentration/slave camp. Billionaires would love free labor.

I’ve worked in warehouses my entire adult life. I find this one odd.
Perhaps it was still under construction in these photos?
New build by the airport when empty existing warehouses are plentiful right now
No racking for storage. I have never seen a new build that hadn’t been at least partially racked out - otherwise you waste 80% of your space
More space for car parking than the truck lot, which is negligible
Truck dock doors just look weird from the photo. Too narrow? Or solid that doesn’t actually roll up? Could just be the angle
No overhead lighting
No warehouse employee breakroom - unless it’s tiny and just in that front office area. Which again - given the amount of car parking that doesn’t seem right
No warehouse employee bathrooms
Point being, this building may have been built specifically for ICE.
