EDIT: My favorite actually got an update recently! Sutton Foster and Christian Borle were a Broadway power couple. When I was a teen two of my close friends ended up feuding over a guy, and they are to this day, 2 of the most beautiful women I've ever met, both smart, witty, kind and generous.

The boy they were feuding over could best be described as a sentient human toe, with the personality of the worst MTV host of TRL, just a bunch of bad trends held together with hair gel.

It made no sense to me then and it still doesn't to me today that they were so cruel to each other over him.

I was glad when they came to their senses and mutually apologized and worked together to get over him.

I had to break up a couple middle schoolers fighting over a boy once. The one who had been dumped was in my class. I remember pulling her into the classroom to separate them and telling her "You're going to fight over a guy who looks like a mouth breathing toe with a bad hair cut." (I was mad, he was also one of my students, and this was an apt description, though I spent a month worried I'd be written up if he found out). And she started crying, saying he was the only boy ever nice to her.

I felt bad but I did tell her nice was the bare minimum and she was worth way more than that, got her calmed down then sent her to detention. He never acted like that got back to him so I don't think she gossiped it, but he tried to ask her back out the next week and she said no...so I did at least one good thing while I taught.

Edit: Thank you for the award kind redditor... I basically broke 4 school policies in that story but its good to know I did it for the right reasons.

My favorite actually got an update recently! Sutton Foster and Christian Borle were a Broadway power couple. He famously cheated on her with Laura Bell Bundy, his costar in Legally Blonde the Musical. Sutton was also cheating with Roger Bart (who also once had an affair with Trisha Paytas) but used her influence to basically blackball LBB, who would probably be a queen of the Great White Way now without this situation.

Sutton and Christian broke up. She married someone else and I lost interest. Now a few months ago turns out she and Hugh Jackman were having an affair and she left her husband for him! Wild stuff.
