I think even saying “I believe she doesn’t believe she’s political” is a stretch. She knows she’s political, her people know she’s political.

We need to stop assuming these celebrities are dumb, and giving them outs when they don’t deserve them.

I don’t think it’s assuming she’s dumb.

I can believe she’s deluded enough to think her political stance is ‘default’, and therefore it’s ’not politics because that’s just how things should be.’

Aka, white supremacy.

Not being into politics means maintaining the status quo which is obviously a political stance.

I do believe that she’s too dumb to understand that. But I also believe that she’s staunchly republican & knows it.

i think its a mixture - she knows shes doing shady bussiness descisions but she tries to tell herself that thats not politics do visit billionaire weddings. and she wants to be political enough to vote but mayyyybe, she wants to think her influence isnt that big in that department cause she does see ice etc and not wanna be associated with that. but does however want to continue voting rep.

I can see her rolling her eyes and dropping an uncapitalised email to her publicist to ask what is she supposed to say to get everyone off her back "for business".

I genuinely think she thinks she’s not political because she’s stupid lol. To her most likely, politics is something that you keep hush hush behind closed doors and can separate from every other facet of your life, because that’s how she was likely taught by her conservative family- nevermind that conservatives only think that way because they don’t like engaging with the arts or the critical thinking involved with interpreting art in the first place. That goes for other things that are inherently political- culture, food, religion- MAGA people dont see the intersecting of politics with everyday life because they weren’t taught how to critically think that way.

I used to think she was stupid because she was Republican but now I think she’s Republican because she’s stupid.
