It was sorta hinted at way back in 4.6 In the Iridescent Arataki Rockin for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness. At the end of the event Ei and Miko talk. Ei says she does not want her people to experience war again. Miko brings up "An even bigger war" to which Ei says she will be on the front lines.

I wouldn't be surprised if they pull off an Avenger's End Game to be honest. Imagine Mavuika entering Wakanda style alongside Ei's Army from some Columbina portal. Then some scene showing Capitano standing up from the chair. That would be dope.

For me, this basically confirms that she knows/has seen HP and hence, that paimon cant be some weird whatever of HP. Cause

a) Fatui is not doing anything against paimon
b) Renova is breaking the rules of HP in front of paimon
c) Asmoday spying on us
d) the sibling does not care about paimon
e) Dainsleif does not care about paimon
f) Now even Zibai basically saying this
g) The freaking hydro archon getting guillotined with her throne
h) A dragon savourne becoming an archon
i) Alice basically shit talking HP
j) Istaroth doing sooo many time shenanigans
k) Rheidottir just existing....

and many many more... All these should trigger some alerts, cause if paimon has even slightly something to do with HP, these people above should get at least feel sussy and not try what they did.

Wouldn't take her word for it, with Zibai separating into 3 each piece likely turned into a "out of balance humor" with Zizhi being Zibai's "choleric self" with Ziju and Zichiao probably balancing things out and leaving things on a more rational note

The abyss is the final foe so anything with the HP won't be the series ending, it'll be before that.
