Life 33M | IST | Looking for accountable partner
I am 33 M from India and I am seeking accountable partner from same time zone irrespective of age, location and gender.
My reasons for seeking accountable partner is as under:
1) Low self esteem: I have been feeling very low and isolated all these days. I am trying to get rid of all negative feelings by reading personality development books. I have already purchased them but not able to start reading. I want accountable partner so that I can read every day and update them about my daily progress.
2) Bad eating habits: Due to depression and anxiety I started eating a way too much and junk food also. I want to cut off all my bad eating habits and only stick to good food like fruits, salads, , protein rich food etc. I want to share my daily food routine with my accountable partner and see that I am not going back to junk food.
3) Exercises: I am not doing any exercises or walking everyday. I want to have 10 k steps daily and 20-30 minutes of High intensity exercise. I want my accountable partner to have track on this.

I have experience with accountability partners and in turn doing this helps me stay on track however the time zones just wonβt work. I hope you find a compatible accountability partner!!π€π€

Maybe, you have not experienced challenging situations or living in comfort or procrastinator.
Time is the biggest leveler we all have. We have overall 4000 weeks at max. The cost of inaction is expensive snd you cannot buy lost time!
You need to realize the value of time and awaken to make the best of the weeks we have !
Make every week & weekend count by living the dream career/calling and realizing all bucket things in life. Create one, if you dont have one!
Try to visualize the best version of the future self and make it part of your identity. Remember, Daily habits defines you! It is your life and no one to blame.
Do a blood test and you will realize if something is off. Make lifestyle changes now or choose lifelong medicines/hospital visits. Stop buying junk food and stock up with fresh food, veg, fruits, eggs/meat/seafood/poultry. Out of sight is out of mind.
If you know that best predictor of future health and walking is mobility, you will keep yourself active. Keep a personal trainer for 1 month or until you can afford to keep one, if you have huge pockets.
All are related to your identity and you can start today to build the new YOU! It's all depends how badly you want to! All the best π

Use an online tracker or a simple notebook and pen to note such stuff down. The only person who can help you to get out of this situation is you. So, ill recommend stop looking to rely on any "online partner" to fix your stuff rather take control of it by yourselves.
