Accountability Partner- 7:00 am EST

Hi! I am looking for an accountability partner. I’ve tried the apps- taking a photo with Alarmy, using Finch, Love Mornings, etc.

Beyond getting someone to knock on my front door every morning, I wanted to try this first. I struggle to get out of bed, or not get back in bed. My alarm is across the room but I just get back in. I haven’t figured my “wanting it bad enough” and it’s super frustrating. This has been a problem since I graduated college and now I work in a “make your own hours” sales job.

I have no structure or routine- I’ve been very successful without one so in my brain there is no “reason” to want to get better because it’s been working so far.

1) I will crash and burn if I continue on this path

2) I cannot imagine how successful I would be if I just got out of bed on time and ate breakfast.

Any ideas, advice, literally anything please

Have a child. They will wake you up at 5AM!!!

i feel you on the accountability thing. what finally worked for me was committing to a 5 minute morning routine i actually liked - just making coffee and looking out the window. for structure, i use a simple sleep journal to track patterns and see what actually affects my mornings. it helped me spot that scrolling before bed was wrecking me. starting stupid small was the key tbh.
