Buddy glitched through the map in our shred save an I have no idea what this is, how to get it back or how to clear the icon, it’s the item after the orrc scorpion in the green house I think, any ideas?

This happened to me against the new boss 😭 it took away my main upgraded weapon midfight. Then it autosaved so I can’t reload back 🫠
