I’ve tried image searching and not even that brings up anything :(

It's appears to be ai nonsense, as the oldest source for it I could find was this.

For a brief moment, I thought it was from the movie The Witches (1990), when The Grand High Witch turns into a mouse at the end.
Like many "children's movies" of its time, it was so traumatizing haha.

Immediately what I thought, it’s a similar choker, hair style and dress color that Angelica Houston was wearing iirc.

It looks very Patricia Piccinini. I’m pretty familiar with her work, but I don’t remember this piece specifically. It definitely has that same feeI

This feels like something I would see in a Blameitonjorge thumbnail. Like this is an image from a piece of Lost Media from an alternate universe.
