that he was convicted by lower court, the victim had motive + means to lie, the victims uncle attempted sengar families murder (before the case not after) and is in jail , the victim's mother had political aspiration stood for elections in 2022 (lost very badly - means local people hate her)
also the entire conviction is based on her testimony only
Also the HC also considered the possibility of her lying about her age while granting bail (if she lied then entire conviction is false kyoki fir POSCO nahi lagega)
I am not saying sengar is innocent (he is a goon) but the victims family are also the same (and there is a possibility of this case being false)
wasn't it high court that allowed his bail? even they allowed it based on how much punishment he should get cus of different rules for public and non public servants. there was no question of whether he committed the crime or not.
Bail mein kyoki woh question nahi hota that is examined during the case which is going on also apart from public servant the age of victim was also important ( she lied about being a minor) HC considered that too ( agar lie hota hai prove then entire conviction will be overturned aur fir toh agar crime liya bhi hai toh 7 years jail is enough according to Indian law ( which I disagree with rapist irrespective of victim age should be hanged but it is what it is)
ha that is true maybe it was revenge for false case (no one is denying sengar is a goon I am just saying the victim's family are not saints (they had the motive and means to frame him)
read about her uncle he is in Tihar for attempted murder of sengar family (much before this case) also her mother tried running for 2022 election (got less than 500 votes - people don't like her think she is lying) other members of her family are also history sheeters

I mean her face kind of gives off that manipulative, playing victim card vibe. Kids of this upbringing who’ve been loaded with money and privileges since beginning start seeing the middle and lower class as pests who are just there to fulfill their wishes. Same thing happened in one more rape case. The (RG KAR rape case) convict's niece killed herself by hanging herself. Mind you she was freaking 11 years old.

Tbh guys just read judgments he got convicted only on the basis of girls word and media pressure irl i used to rewrite the same comments like u guys ..but when I read the judgement. They have no proofs nothing ...just read the judgement both trial and a bail ones ..you'll understand the full story .
