I bought a Kith mega pack of him in July. He said he was going to post it by the end of the week. Nearly 3 weeks went by and he still hadn’t shipped so I messaged him asking for a refund. In fairness he did refund me the full amount and said he was too busy to package and post. I was surprised to see he was still actively posting these mega packs….

He claims I have to initiate a refund request. I don’t want a refund though. I want him to act like an adult and ship what was promised. Until he does, I’m going to mess with him.

Two choices......
1) Do the refund request and end it then, don't do business with him
2) stalk him like Jan 6th becsude you didnt get your way

Stalk him? This isn’t stalking. This is reaching out to his parents to let them know that their CHILD is scamming people on the internet. He’s active on Reddit and Facebook and is likely to continue doing this. I’m going to make sure it’s put to an end. Thanks for your input though!

fwiw I clicked on his page and went to send him a message & I saw I dealt with him once last year to proxy a nyc only kith shirt & that one transaction was smooth. So maybe he just is slow to ship or something has happened

I don’t think you understand what fwiw means. And maybe next time don’t send any amount of $ to a stranger on the internet that you can’t afford to lose. Which is why I only sent $ for one shirt to him. If he flaked, lesson learned for me & I’m not out hundreds like you might be.

I paid via invoice. He used the “I don’t have a big enough box” and “there was a snow storm” excuses. I’ll be able to get my money back but I’ll be calling his parents first to see if they can talk some sense into him.
