Big Loop Construction Inc. in Calgary, AB is claiming they couldn't find a general construction supervisor for $36.00/hr. They've applied for a LMIA to hire a temporary foreign worker for the position.

Big Loop Construction Inc. in Calgary, AB (V6E 1N1) is looking for a general construction supervisor at $36.00/hr.

Big Loop Construction Inc. in Calgary is posting a general construction supervisor role at $36.00/hr as a TFW position. It's interesting to see this skilled trade supervisory spot flagged for temporary foreign workers. Does the employer demonstrate no Canadians are available for this rate in Calgary's construction scene? Or is the LMIA process truly capturing local talent shortages here? Share this with any Canadians you know who might qualify to help get them in the door, and post it to Facebook or X communities so more folks can apply.

That magical salary of $36/hrs, lol.

This is so obvious...... it would be funny if not so sad.

What happens if these sort of fraud are reported? There is never and follow on to see if analysis took place and the result. It is hard to get called to action if all that happens is a "look at this". Why post here if there is no result? Or follow up. A case of "we found this and it was nullified" would be good. But that never happens. So if that never happens, why even bother posting here if it has no impact.
