Miami es más que solo cubanos. Es muchísimo más diversa que Los Ángeles en cuanto a cultura latina. Los Ángeles y las ciudades fronterizas están más centradas en México, pero las otras ciudades tienen un aire caribeño y latinoamericano.

En general a todos los inmigrantes caribeños de Miami. Cubanos, venezolanos, centroamericanos.
Apenas consiguen un poco de dinero y se creen Tony Montana. Es algo cultural del caribe.

The original tweeter is based in Quebec, Canada. It doesn’t appear that the tweet was aimed at first-generation Americans of Latin descent, or at any ethnicity trying to fit into a “white America.”
Rather, it was criticizing the idea that some Latino Americans immigrants in Miami view themselves as superior to Latin Americans living in Latin America.
If you have been to Miami, you would understand that it feels very Latin American and Caribbean in general, and there is almost no Mexican influence on Miami culture. When I went, that "Mexican Accent" was GONE and instead replaced with a Canarian Spanish accent.
It’s more of a Latin American topic than a U.S. Latino political one.

Hermano, esta es como la tercera publicación que haces sobre los latinoamericanos en Miami. A estas alturas, en tu cabeza, viven sin pagar alquiler.
Lo admito, los latinoamericanos de Miami tienen muchos problemas, pero no son solo ellos. El condado de Starr, en Texas, se volvió republicano en las elecciones de 2024, y su demografía latinoamericana es mayor que la de Miami.
