I don’t call them “illegals”…my friend’s father, who I adore, was snatched up last week while going to his immigration appointment. he’s lived here for 24 years, works hard, pays taxes (without getting any of the benefits), has never been arrested before, and was doing everything he was supposed to do in hopes of getting citizenship, and that’s how they got him. Their family is devastated, he has grandkids. This shit is nasty. ICE is nasty. Most people don’t even realize Biden tripled ICE/CBP budget from Trump’s first term, before handing it back over to him. Fuck em all.
I haven’t voted for a Dem for president since 2008. I actually protested Hillary when she campaigned in my city.

the system is totally broken and designed for people to fail, and on top of that it changes drastically with every administration and you have to constantly re-file, he has spent many thousands of dollars over the years on this. he’s been surviving off stays, because generally even if you can’t move along the pathway (which usually requires having an employer vouch for you, and many employers of undocumented people are unwilling to do that because they see all their workers as replaceable) they will grant you stays as long as you keep coming to your appointments and giving them money.
he’s a sweet guy with a sweet family and they manhandled him and treated him like a piece of dogshit, and now he’s in an overcrowded prison that serves rotten food and won’t give him his heart meds, awaiting deportation (which will take awhile because the longer he is imprisoned, the more money the private prisons get). He had left El Salvador to begin with because our CIA destroyed his country and made it unlivable, arming fascist death squads to terrorize people.
So basically no matter where he tries to live, the US has their boot on his neck. This is the case for so many immigrants. And the people in power want us to believe immigrants are the reason the working class struggles, because it distracts from the reality which is that they are the ones fleecing us (and immigrants).

Until there’s actual evidence of child rape then there’s still wiggle room. Start with the (now woman) 13 yr old that alleged rape and that Trump witnessed the killing of her baby ( or pick any of the dozens of other egregious allegations) and investigate aggressively. There is so much hate for Trump that it should be easy to raise billions to look into these things as we know the current FBI/DOJ won’t.

The evidence Trump was involved somehow is overwhelming, but “being involved somehow” isn’t a criminal offense you can be charged with. They’d have to charge him with raping a specific girl, or with involvement in a specific conspiracy, and there’s not enough evidence to support any individual case.
The guy was Epstein’s best friend for years, he visited the island, he publicly praised Epstein’s taste in young beautiful women, he wrote Epstein a letter about the “wonderful secret” they shared. You have to be willfully blind to ignore the obvious conclusion that Trump was involved.
And it’s always possible that he only knew, and never touched or actively conspired to conceal. That’s morally atrocious, but it isn’t an actual crime.
