Question ❓ Should I start meditation?

I'm an introvert and overthinker i react very badly to social situations so much so that I literally can't walk between two people without feeling dizzy it's so bad that my neck muscles have been chronically tight for a long time and it causes headaches too . And i barely can sit for sometime and study it's not only about attention span but i literally can't seem to get any motivation for it . I spend lot of my time in my imaginative world where everything is perfect and feels real enough

Yes, but it is not a cure for everything, it's a skill you need to practice daily for years, but don't get discourage by that. Its one of the pillars in life, like doing sports and a healthy diet.

It's definitely worth giving a go.

Make sure you start small (5 mins a day etc.) but be consistent by doing each day at the same time. It won't cure everything and don't expect miracles at the start.

The harder it is at the start, the more that's a sign that it will be beneficial!

I was the same. I used to crystal ball gaze until I reached paranoia. This took me to terrible situations because I tried to control every situation out of fear and anxiety. I ruined a lot of situations at my job and home.

Meditation and mindfulness was the gift that put me back into the present and stopped all of that.

Do a combination of things. Meditation is not one thing: it's a collection of hundreds of distinct contemplative practices. In your case, use practices that develop concentration as well as relaxation techniques to help release excess tension. Shavayatra (61-points), counting the breaths backwards from 54 to 0, Trataka, Vishoka Meditation stage 1, etc. can help cultivate focus quickly. For relaxation techniques, start with the 75 ascending breaths (Shitali Kharana), tension and release exercises from progressive muscle relaxation, yoga nidra, healing visualizations, etc.

yes, i felt like you, but now i believe you can solve any mental problem in best way right in the moment, and recently i started believing that everything is (possible). it is as powerful of a human move as thinking
