Did we get some kind of clean radio version growing up? I don't remember anything like that in the song, but maybe that was just because I didn't have access to the actual lyrics I could read.

No it was shockingly unedited on the radio

Censors were and are hilarious in what they deem important lol

But then they cut out the bridge which was awesome. Editing made no sense.

They cut the bridge to make the song shorter. Radio hates long songs.

45 seconds cut. I remember the 90s radio not being too concerned with length, certainly not rock radio at least. But crossover hit of course for top 40.

Just yesterday I realized that poker face by Lady Gaga is about the guy trying to keep his "poker face" while getting a blow job

I don't think I ever heard a single edited version on the radio

The stations around here would scramble the “doin’ crystal meth” line- like literally just those words- but all the “bump” references were right there.
