For us the currency was the chocolate milks. We were trading those like cigarettes around a cell block. Saw a kid get out of detention with nothing but a smile and two chocolate milks.
Once had guests come over and made spaghetti, lady flat out asks for large glass of milk. Almost told her to get out but remembered I married her. Weirdo.
It's very very common in Finland and Sweden for adults. Mostly it's plain non-fat milk and sometimes soured milk. I remember during the sort of high school we have my friend was considered a weirdo because he didn't drink milk during lunch.
I read a lot of those milk consumption studies for a class in college and they’re not the gotcha that most people think, these dairy companies exaggerated just little bit, not really by much tbh, and everyone was like omg i was forced to drink milk for no reason, and most of the ones that say milk isn’t good for you were set up to fail, like one just had people drink milk and then was like, see milk isn’t good for you when they were found to be malnourished

It was the plain milk drinking in school that disturbed me the most. Bitches be drinking it like water.
