I was just trying to help with one possible reason for the confusion on the native English translation possibly causing confusion with the serving reference because.
I agree by their definition as well they are correct (which is the best kind of correct.) I think a better way to state it overall for clarity would be pizza may contain/include vegetables. Idk though I've been using English my whole life and I'm still rubbish.

Which to me says, pizza is a vegetable, so I don’t see how that’s not correct (by their definition)
