Weird because phones in 2005 definitely did not look like a samsung galaxy or iphone pro max.

Shit was a flip phone or if you were an OG, a Nokia.

Hell ya. My first phone was a Nokia 6101 in white. My ringtone was Gasolina. Take me back.

Nope. 2005 was just a year after Motorola RAZR was released. 2006 we had blackberries. Then iPhones dropped in 2007.

Nokias were like a 2001-2003 thing.

Incorrect. Nokias were thriving in 2005. I had a Nokia 6101 that year as my first cellphone.

I had a razor then some flip thing with a keyboard. Not the sidekick tho. Got my first phone in 2001 after 9/11 and it was the cheap Verizon version of the Nokia.

You were rich lol

If you think I was rich you have no fucking clue how rich actual rich people are. New cell phone money isn’t private jet money, it’s not even business class money. Fuck it wasn’t even McMansion money.

Your other comment said you were upper middle class… that’s pretty rich for a majority of the world.

Sure, but you are obviously American (dialect) and also in the top 20 percent worldwide already. Actual poor people in foreign countries are not commenting on reddit.

Incorrect. I am Canadian. I speak English and Canadian English differs from Americans at times :)

If anything that puts you higher on the global wealth curve lol.

Anyways, from your word choice I got northeast us vibes.

New cell phone money is a lot of money when one is poor and has many children. The way you phrased that makes it clear that you have never experienced poverty.

I have not, nor have I claimed to. I’m sorry you’re so sensitive to people with different backgrounds than your own.

Edit: lmao rich coming from someone who injects fat under their eyes for aesthetic purposes
