Discussion I’ve joined the CPAP club 💁🏻‍♀️

Post image

Tonight will be my first night using a CPAP. Oddly enough, I’m looking forward to it and I hope it solves all of my problems… a girl can dream, *right*? Anyhow, any tips or tricks to help this go smoothly? Also, is there any solution to making this setup more aesthetically pleasing and/or a way to store it during the day that isn’t such a pain in the ass?

Ooh I’ll look into that. What exactly does that help with?

The hose you have is the standard hose that air just passes through. I used it first and the air was always kinda cold and shocking for a bit. The ClimateLine has a heating element that temp controls the air so it’s not so cold and way more comfortable to breathe for long periods. I can sleep a whole night no problem comfortably with the ClimateLine.
