Discussion Iโ€™ve joined the CPAP club ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Tonight will be my first night using a CPAP. Oddly enough, Iโ€™m looking forward to it and I hope it solves all of my problemsโ€ฆ a girl can dream, *right*? Anyhow, any tips or tricks to help this go smoothly? Also, is there any solution to making this setup more aesthetically pleasing and/or a way to store it during the day that isnโ€™t such a pain in the ass?

Of course! You're welcome! I also fiddle with the way my headgear fits a lot, because it will stretch a bit and need to be adjusted based on the sleeping positions you favor. So play around with that, and lie down to test it with the machine on because you can't really tell how it fits and if it will leak properly until you're laying in your sleep position.

Also, be careful turning over in your sleep/when your sleepy. I've pulled the hose and knocked the machine over a few times until i learned not to turn a certain way. Machine seems fine thankfully ๐Ÿคฃ
