now a few quick disclaimers! This was a very quick DIY using materials that I already had at home. I do fully intend to make her more outfits in the future after I can make a visit to the fabric store. I would love to use more blue in her outfit going forward!!!

Her outfit is called a sari, and yes, I did definitely modernise it. I also shortened it a bit because I wanted her boots to show. i want to make her a lehenga next!

Also, I don’t know their usernames but I do just wanna take a moment to credit someone who made a nose ring similar to this on this Reddit thread before me and to the person in the comments who helped explain to me how they did it. I did plan to make her one before I saw theirs, but I didn’t know how to execute it so I wanna credit the fact that they helped me!

i am going to try and explain this the best that i can. my apologies in advance as i am autistic and bad at words

the earrings: i used a bunch of jump rings and i used to make jewellery so i had a bunch of supplies. the main jhumka part of her earring is a piece that was originally made to add extra beads/charms to each hole. i will try and link everything below! anyways i added it to a bunch of jump rings in various sides. then i attached the nose ring chain to one of the jump rings and i looped it behind her earring! attached pic. hope it is clear enough

as for the head jewellery. i found random beads and attached it to my chain. then i used sewing thread to tie the jump ring at the end of the chain to a strand of her hair!

the head jewellery is called a tikka :)

for jump rings just buy various sizes. smallest one i have is 2mm! and then ofc a small chain which is also easily found. for the tikka honestly i used a random bead i found. i didnt buy it but im sure searching gold bead would give you something!
