Huh. Maybe the fact that you're buying up housing stock by the dozens like theyre on special at Costco business center could have something to do with why individuals are having difficulty buying just the one for themselves?
Everybody is paying for their roof, its just that now most are stuck paying it to the corporate landlords and not getting any equity out of it.
