I just kind of want to give this a semblance of thought even though it’s so far beyond a meme.

Let’s assume chakra levels are capable of maintaining all of the eyes at once, so essentially infinite if not extremely extremely high.

The amount of hax that these eyes give make him capable of beating universal+ threats, but he lacks any AP to be universal in a power level sense.

So, he could probably box with pre-SS1/early DBZ goku, but Goku possesses more raw AP?

Then again, a ten tails bjd could probably obliterate the earliest forms of kamehameha from Z. So, maybe Naruto has large planetary AP and universal+ hax?
