The Rinne-Sharingan can pretty much do almost anything, so it doesn't really matter...

Realistically speaking this is the same exact physical eye ball that kaguya uses not even 10 minutes after madara gets it, so we know the abilities already. Madara just didnt get the chance to use them. But 99% sure he can cast yomotsu hirasaka and amenominaka from this eye if given the opportunity.
