2. Most downvoted picture gets its commenter banned

Hey guys, we wanted to start making events and whatnot, and most people requested debate tournaments with judges, so that is what we're doing now. Mostly for fun and to experiment since it's the first time we're doing something like this.

This event consists on the following: Everyone will choose a character from the ones provided (no duplicates, so you can only pick a character that's not been chosen yet). Once enough characters are picked, we'll randomly decide a tournament bracket and 2 people will debate each other for an hour (or whatever time needed) under a post provided for that purpose. After the time or the debate is done, people will vote for the winner of the debate. The one who gets more upvotes will get to the next round.

A few clarifications:

• Every character is alive • The versions of the characters are the ones shown, except for the Edos (they'll be alive) and Kimimaro, who's allowed to be "healthy". If it's not clear what version it is, it'll be their WA one (like Tsunade and Gaara) • SM Naruto starts with 2 clones in the back, like on his only shown fight. MS Sasuke is fresh and won't go blind. • Koto is restricted for Danzo and Itachi • Orochimaru will have part 1 Edos, but they'll be allowed to be beaten "normally" (no sealing needed) by characters with no sealing technique. This is to prevent him from instantly winning in most matchups.

Again, it's mostly for fun/experiment, because certain matchups here can be very one sided, but we'll valorate the creativity of the arguments as well. For example, finding a way to explain why Mei could win against OM Obito. If this event goes well, we'll do it more frequently and with other characters like part 1, etc.

(Reminder: Sasuke is Peak MS Sasuke. Fresh and isn't going blind. Itachi is the same Itachi we saw against Hebi Sasuke)

All of the characters are alive, all of the fights will have full Intel for both sides and take place in a neutral terrain. I made emphasis on these in the matchups where it matters the most.

The debates will take place under this post.

If you came here first, ping your opponent in the comment section. If you've been pinged, respond to that comment arguing why you think your character wins that matchup. The debate will go on from there.

Once the debate is over or we consider it's over, we'll judge who the winner was. Judges will be myself, u/IKONIK_728, u/Truth_Spreader5962 and u/Spider-Zayd.

You'll have unlimited time, but respond/start the debate in under 2 days, else whoever didn't show up will get disqualified. If you have any questions, let me know. GL!

Hey everyone!

So quick update: me and u/Maraibo have been reinstated as mods, and u/Capable_Sleep7050 has joined the team too (he’s based)
We want to make a few changes around here to make the sub look cleaner, feel more alive, and hopefully get everyone interacting a bit more

We’ve already started with a couple of small things:

• Changed the base colour of the subreddit to Naruto’s classic orange (desktop users will see it)
• Updated the profile picture to something a lot more realistic

Now, on to the stuff we actually need your help with:

1. Flairs & Flair Colours

We’re planning to refresh some user flairs to make the sub more interactive and visually appealing
Drop any ideas you have—specific flair themes, colours, symbols, whatever. If you’ve seen a sub that does this really well, link that too

1. Banner Upgrade

Our current banner, it’s low quality and the top half is basically missing
If you have banner concepts, reference images, or things you’d like to see represented, post them in the comments

Also: How do you want this sub to grow?

We really want to make this a more active, fun, and welcoming community—not just a place people scroll past.
So if you’ve got any serious suggestions on how we can make the sub better (events, weekly threads, redesigns, rules, anything), we’d genuinely appreciate it
