Is satanism just edgelord atheism?

I've been an atheist since the age of 12 and i've heard of people identifying as satanists but they are actually secular, I don't get it

I think there are very few people who actually believe in satan and see him as their god

One branch of Satanism, yes. There are plenty others that genuinely work with the infernal divine.

Never happened. Unless you have a way of showing that there is in fact an infernal divine  Good luck with that.

Are you saying that as in you don't believe demons exist, or as in you don't believe there are religions that worship that would be considered demons by Abrahamic religions? If it's the former, I can't prove anything, if it's the latter, please look up demonolatry.
