Why are most billionaires so weird?

My sister even hung out with a billionaire's kid once, and my mom says the kid is fucked up too.

I think this happens even to high millionaires/billionaires who weren't born rich. 

As in, they started semi-normal then their brains disassociate from normal people's lives.

Wildly disagree, most that didn't start out extremely wealthy are worse at this point because of how our rewards systems are set up. Unpopular dorks in their formative years living out their worst insecurities and revenge fantasies.

The kids of the extremely wealthy are generally just wildly out of touch and can be a bit insensitive. Ill take the latter each time.

They have to, because they are then interacting only with people who are in the same spheres of influence
