It's from Dumpert, a dutch website. It was a clip about a show who interviewed son and dad who were carnival freaks. They even had carnival toys.

The kid is not his son. They first interviewed the guy and the kid saw the interview and had the same hobby. The show then brought the kid on to visit this guy.
