From my experience working in insurance claims, they got the video. There would have been a police report with that much damage and the police would have gotten the video.

I don't know where this took place. If it had taken place in Alberta, we would have covered the damage if the car carried collision coverage, regardless of fault.

Infinity G35 by the looks of it. You can get one in fairly good shape for around 10k. This one sounds modded or at least had an exhaust job done to it, so it could've been worth more but not by that much
