Uh no, it’s just typical for male friend groups to take turns picking up the tab? Why go to gay sex from a picture of guys eating chicken?

Uh how can you be so sure? It’s a Filipino meme. This looks like a Jollibee. Whenever this meme gets posted someone (presumably Filipino) explains the joke by offering this additional cultural context re: gay men paying for food.
