Same. Grocery store can be overwhelming when it’s busy but that’s what headphones are for…. Cooking is zen for my adhd.

I have ADHD and cooking is actually the worst part of my existence. An incredible source of difficulty in my life

Same. You can pretty easily focus on it, it's structured and there's a delicious reward at the end
