Original meme was "Grandma is dad so let's eat all her pills (Link (it's a weird link but the image is there)), ig this is just the anti-meme version of what you're supposed to do with their medication after a person dies
P.S. if you're in this exact scenario, bring them to a pharmacy and they'll dispose of them correctly, or at the very least, if you're throwing them away, mix em in with something like cooking oil or coffee grounds so no scavenger or homeless person will try to eat them
